I had a wonderful experience at this lovely hotel. The location is perfect, just a block from the beautiful Botanical Garden and near many great restaurants. The staff, especially Alejandro, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. While my room was spacious and quiet, I did wish for warmer hot water in the shower. Overall, I found great value for my stay.
